Sometimes you see a long list of items in your printer queue that never made it to printer (probably because of some mistake on user end or printer end). Here are some easy steps to delete and clear these printer queues in Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
* Click Start
* Type Command
* Right click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator
* Type net stop spooler and press Enter
* Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\prtiners\* /Q and press Enter
* And now type net start spooler and press Enter
That is it. You have deleted and cleared printer queue in your Windows Vista or Windows 7. You can now type Exit and press Enter to exit the command Window.
