I recently saw a question on answers.yahoo.com asking for services that provide free domains except co.cc and dot tk. The answers were that there were no such providers besides the two mentioned above.
This question reminded me of a service for which I had registered months ago. Though not as popular as co.cc and dot tk, this service provides free URL redirection, a forum, a domain toolbar, Directory Submission, Webmail Service and various SEO tools.
Joynic also provides a free Webmail facility with a yourname@domain e mail address. This service isn't provided by dot tk and can be availed through a Google service in case of co.cc.
It provides more domain extensions than co.cc and dot tk which include: biz.md, edu, net.tc, info.ms, us.tt
